About the Author

To my teacher, Shayne and to my online stalker mom, let me deliver an enthusiastic electronic hello! To anyone else who is reading this I ask, who the heck are you? So, I have been compelled to create this blog in order to pass a class and thus graduate from college (I have a feeling that this'll be one of the assignments I eventually become grateful I was given). As I was pondering on what I had inside my head that was blogworthy (the minimum qualifications are astonishingly low, as I'm sure any occasional web surfer knows), I thought I might release some of my thoughts and opinions on music, as it is a subject for which I hold strong opinions.
As many young schoolboys were, I was forced into piano lessons by my loving mother at a young age. This started my love for music. Since then I've taken up the guitar and delved into the world of rock music. U2, Collective Soul, Boston, Coldplay, and Muse are a few of the groups that have changed my life. Now, I play guitar and piano in what could almost be called a band and am on my own lifelong quest to create audio euphoria.
Over the course of this semester (and beyond, should I choose to continue), I thought I'd give a review of a different album each week. Some new, some old, some favorites of mine, and some that I've only just picked up. So, tune in next week to hear about one of my favorite new albums Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends by Coldplay.
